Trabajo con clientes y productos propios, con el mismo estándar
Los primeros proyectos de abajo son sitios de clientes. El resto son productos que construimos y operamos nosotros mismos. Todos están en producción y todos están enlazados, así que puedes abrirlos y revisar el trabajo en lugar de creernos.
Construimos nuestro propio software a propósito. Operar sistemas de producción de principio a fin es la única forma de aprender las lecciones que mejoran el trabajo con los clientes.

Full rebuild of a thirteen page WordPress site into a fast static site on the hosting the client already paid for, then an ongoing SEO and local search retainer. Every published URL was pulled from the live database instead of guessed, so the redirect map covered the equipment pages that sat under a category path and would otherwise have 404'd. Search Console and Analytics ownership was consolidated under the owner and verified by DNS, which no longer depends on any tag staying on the page. Work continues monthly against a private progress dashboard we host and update.

Custom Next.js catering site with eleven landing pages built around the two things people actually search, the cuisine and the occasion, plus menus, a gallery, reviews, and an interactive quote builder that prices a full event by guest count, cuisine band, and add ons. Statically exported and served from AWS Amplify, with the full local business schema set and an llms.txt so AI assistants can read the menu and service area directly.
Pueblo Catering

The same engineering applied for a second catering brand in a second market, built after a live teardown of the two caterers already ranking there. One of them wins Google on off page authority with a thin page; the other owns the AI answer layer with depth. So this site was built to out page the second one immediately and contest the first over time, with the local map pack as the fastest lane in. Custom Next.js, static export, full schema, GA4, and a tracked phone number so every lead is attributable.

A four page hand coded site for a Las Cruces manufacturer, extended rather than rebuilt because the original markup was clean and cheap to build on. The contact form was the first thing fixed: it was wired to open the visitor's own mail client instead of submitting anything, so it captured nothing at all from anyone on a phone or on webmail. Two new product pages and a quote request page were written by us from the client's source material, because his constraint was time rather than budget. Lead capture, an AI chat agent, and an exit intent popup went in through Site2CRM, and the site moved onto AWS Amplify with structured data, a sitemap, image compression, and server hardening.
