How a monthly plan actually works
The build
We scope the site on a free call, build it custom in React and Next.js, and launch it. There is no separate four-figure build invoice, because the build is carried by the plan.
The month after launch
Launch is where most website projects end and where the actual problem starts. A site nobody finds performs exactly as well as no site at all.
So every month after launch is technical SEO, content, schema, local search, and reporting on what moved. That is the half of the work a build-only quote never covers.
You own the site
Some pay monthly providers rent you a website that switches off when you stop paying. Ours does not work that way.
Ask every provider you talk to what you keep if you leave, and get the answer in writing before the first payment. Including us.
What the fee is not
It is not a payment plan on a build we would otherwise sell you for the same money.
If a one-time build is what you want, we sell that too, at $750 for a single page or $2,500 for a five-page site.
The monthly plan exists for businesses that need the site found, not just shipped.

Pay monthly questions
What does the $529 a month include?
The custom website build, then ongoing technical SEO, content, local search and Google Business Profile work, AI answer visibility, and monthly reporting. The build is the smallest part of the cost over a year, which is the point.
Why not just pay $99 a month somewhere else?
If all you need is a professional page that exists, do that. Those plans are honest value for what they cover. They generally do not include the search work, so if the problem is that nobody knows the business exists, a cheaper site does not solve it.
Is there a contract?
Plans that include a website build carry a six-month minimum, and cancelling early costs 50 percent of the remaining contract value. Standalone SEO and lead capture have no long-term contract. We put the minimum on the page rather than in a footnote because six months is genuinely how long the work takes to show.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup fee applies. It is quoted before any work begins, so you see the full first-month number before you commit to anything.
What happens to the site if I cancel?
You keep it. We do not build sites that switch off when the billing stops.
Can I just buy the website outright instead?
Yes. A single-page starter is $750 and a five-page custom build is $2,500, both one time with a fixed scope. The monthly plan is for businesses that need the ongoing search work too.
