Site2CRM is a full-stack SaaS platform built and operated by Axion Deep Labs. It solves a core problem for businesses: capturing website visitors and turning them into qualified leads without manual effort.
The platform combines web scraping with large language model extraction to automatically identify, parse, and sync lead data from any website into a CRM. It also provides embeddable AI chat widgets that engage visitors in real time, a booking system for scheduling consultations, and smart contact forms that route leads to the right pipeline.
Site2CRM is not a prototype or a demo. It is a live, multi-tenant product in production, processing real leads and bookings across every site that runs it, including our own.
The Challenge
Most businesses lose the majority of their website visitors. Forms go unfilled, chat widgets go ignored, and potential customers leave without a trace. The tools that do exist are fragmented: one tool for chat, another for forms, another for CRM sync, and none of them talk to each other without expensive integrations.
We needed to build a unified platform that could capture leads through multiple channels (chat, forms, scraping, booking), enrich that data with AI, and sync it to existing CRMs, all in real time, with zero manual intervention from the business owner.
The technical challenge was significant: real-time web scraping at scale, reliable LLM extraction from unstructured HTML, multi-tenant data isolation, and an embeddable widget system that works on any website without performance impact.
