Why we ship our own products

Most agencies ship a portfolio of brochure sites and call it case studies. We ship full-stack SaaS platforms that run in production, with real users, real data, and on-call rotations.

The reason is simple: building production software end-to-end teaches lessons that brochure work never surfaces.

Database design under load, edge cases in OAuth flows, queue back-pressure when a third-party API rate-limits you at 3 AM, the weird ways CSS breaks on iOS Safari 14, the cost of a bad migration plan.

Those lessons come back into every client engagement, in the form of architecture choices that hold up six months after launch instead of looking great on day one.

What our products prove

Site2CRM and Made4Founders are not demos. They are live, production systems. Site2CRM ships AI-powered lead capture with web scraping and LLM extraction, and has processed hundreds of leads across dozens of organizations.

Made4Founders runs daily AI-generated briefs with encrypted vault storage for founders managing multiple companies. Both run on the exact same stack we recommend to clients: FastAPI, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Docker.

Both have shipped features at the cadence of a real product team. Both have caught and fixed the kinds of bugs that only happen when real users hit production traffic patterns.

When we tell a client we know how to build something, we mean it because we have built and shipped the equivalent ourselves.
