Axion Deep Digital ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website axiondeepdigital.com and the DeepAudit AI SEO audit tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our services. Axion Deep Digital is a product of Axion Deep Labs, Inc., a New Mexico C Corporation located at 5045 El Camino Real, Las Cruces, NM 88007.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
Contact Form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your email address (required), and optionally your name, phone number, and message. This data is transmitted to our customer relationship management platform, Site2CRM. Note: our contact form auto-saves draft submissions to Site2CRM after 2 seconds of inactivity once a valid email address is entered, even before you click "Send Message."
Booking Widget. When you schedule a consultation through our booking widget, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and preferred meeting time. This data is transmitted to Site2CRM.
Chat Widget. If you interact with our chat widget, we may collect chat messages and any contact information you voluntarily provide. This data is transmitted to Site2CRM.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
IP Address. When you use our free SEO audit tool, we collect your IP address for rate limiting purposes (3 free audits per day). Your IP address and the date of your audit are stored in AWS DynamoDB with a time-to-live (TTL) of 2 days for rate limiting records and up to 90 days for historical score tracking.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-744ZDEZ5M9) to collect standard analytics data including page views, session duration, user behavior, browser type, device information, and approximate geographic location. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique users. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Local Storage. Our SEO audit tool stores the last URL you audited in your browser's localStorage (seo-audit-last-url) for convenience on return visits. This data never leaves your browser and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
1.3 Information Collected by the SEO Audit Tool
When you submit a URL to our DeepAudit AI tool, our server-side audit process collects information about the website you submit for analysis (not about you personally). This includes:
- Page content, meta tags, headings, images, and links
- HTML source code and validation results
- Security headers and HTTPS configuration
- Google Lighthouse performance scores (mobile and desktop)
- Keyword frequency analysis from page content
- SERP ranking data and Google Trends data for detected keywords
- Domain authority and PageRank scores
- A rendered screenshot of the audited page
- Multi-page crawl data (up to 12 internal pages)
This data is used solely to generate your audit report. PDF reports are stored in AWS S3 for up to 30 days. Shared report links expire after 7 days. Historical scores (overall score, grade, and domain) are retained for up to 90 days to provide score trend tracking.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our website and services
- Generate SEO audit reports for URLs you submit
- Enforce rate limits on the free audit tool
- Respond to your inquiries, comments, or requests
- Schedule and manage consultation bookings
- Send follow-up communications related to your inquiry (you may opt out at any time)
- Analyze website usage to improve our services
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security issues
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party services in the course of providing our services:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Hosts our infrastructure including Lambda (compute), DynamoDB (rate limiting and score history), S3 (report storage), and Amplify (website hosting). Data is stored in the US.
- Google Analytics — Website analytics and visitor behavior tracking.
- Google PageSpeed Insights API — Retrieves Lighthouse performance scores for audited websites.
- Google Custom Search API & Google Trends — Keyword research and SERP analysis for audited websites.
- Site2CRM — Customer relationship management platform that stores contact form submissions, chat messages, and booking data.
- DeepSeek API — AI language model used to generate SEO analysis, title tag rewrites, and meta description suggestions for audited websites. Audit data (not your personal information) is sent to DeepSeek for analysis.
- Open PageRank API — Retrieves domain authority scores for audited websites.
- Mozilla Observatory — Security header analysis for audited websites.
- W3C Validator — HTML validation for audited websites.
- Google Fonts — Web font delivery. Google may collect usage data per their privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Google Analytics Cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies (including _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique users and track sessions. These cookies expire after 2 years for _ga and 2 years for _ga_*.
localStorage. We use browser localStorage to save your last audited URL for convenience. This is not a cookie and is not transmitted to our servers.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect the core functionality of our SEO audit tool.
5. Data Retention
- Rate limit records (IP + date): 2 days
- Historical score tracking (domain + score): 90 days
- PDF audit reports: 30 days (auto-deleted via S3 lifecycle policy)
- Shared report links: 7 days (signed URL expiration)
- Contact form / booking / chat data: Retained in Site2CRM until manually deleted
- Google Analytics data: Per Google's retention settings (default 14 months)
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
- AWS infrastructure with IAM access controls and encryption at rest
- SSRF protection prevents the audit tool from accessing private networks, internal IP ranges, or cloud metadata endpoints
- Rate limiting prevents abuse of the audit tool
- No user accounts or passwords are stored (the audit tool requires no login)
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Shared Audit Reports
When an SEO audit is completed, a shareable link may be generated. Anyone with this link can view the audit results for the submitted URL. Shared reports do not contain your personal information (such as your IP address). Shared report links expire after 7 days. If you do not wish for an audit report to be shareable, do not distribute the shared link.
